Acceptable Use Policy
What Chosen Voice AI can and cannot be used for.
Use of the Service requires agreeing not to do any of the things below. We enforce this policy actively — accounts that break it lose access.
Prohibited content
- Impersonating real people — public figures, customers, or anyone else, without explicit written consent. See our Voice Cloning Consent Policy.
- Misinformation — political deepfakes, fabricated newscasters, fake breaking-news segments, or other content designed to mislead.
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats aimed at individuals or protected groups.
- Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance. Reports go to NCMEC and the appropriate law-enforcement authority.
- Sexually explicit content of a real person without verifiable consent.
- Violent extremism, terrorism-related material, or content glorifying mass violence.
- Fraud — phishing, scam calls, vishing, fake support recordings, romance scams.
- Malware distribution or voice content built into a malware campaign.
Prohibited platform abuse
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract the underlying models.
- Bypassing rate limits, content filters, or the credit system.
- Reselling API access to third parties without written authorisation.
- Using stolen payment methods or abusing chargebacks.
- Operating from sanctioned jurisdictions (per US Treasury OFAC).
Enforcement
Possible consequences: content removal, voice clone deletion, account suspension, termination without refund, and — for illegal content — referral to law enforcement. We may preserve evidence as required by applicable law.
If you believe a suspension was an error, reply to the suspension email or write to support@chosenvoiceai.com within 14 days.

Spotted something that breaks this policy? Email support@chosenvoiceai.com with a link or audio sample. We review every report and act on material violations within 48 hours.
