Chosen Voice AI respects the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws in other jurisdictions. If content on our platform infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we'll remove it.
Filing a takedown notice
Email contact@chosenvoiceai.com with the subject line "DMCA takedown notice". Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The specific material on our platform you claim is infringing — a URL is best; an order or generation ID is acceptable.
- Your contact details: name, mailing address, phone, email.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Incomplete notices may be returned without action. We remove valid takedowns within 7 business days of receiving a complete notice and notify the user who created or uploaded the material.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notification to the same address. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone, and email, plus consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Việt Trì, Phú Thọ, Vietnam.
On a valid counter-notification we restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files suit.
