If Chosen Voice AI isn't a fit, email us within 14 days of payment. We refund in full — no questionnaire, no friction.
What's refundable
- Subscription plans (Starter, Creator, Pro, Scale, Business) — full refund within 14 days of the most recent charge, provided you've used less than 50% of that period's credits.
- Credit packs — full refund within 14 days if at least 90% of the pack is unused.
- Supporter contributions — full refund within 14 days regardless of credit usage.
What isn't refundable
- Charges older than 14 days, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- Subscription periods already partially used — refunded pro-rata for the unused remainder.
- Voice clone training once the clone has been delivered and used in a paid generation.
- API overage above the included plan quota (billed transparently, not refundable).
How to request a refund
Email support@chosenvoiceai.com with your account email and the order ID from your receipt. Refunds reach the original payment method within 5 business days. International card refunds may take 7–14 days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks & disputes
If you file a chargeback before contacting us, your account may be suspended while the dispute resolves. We'd nearly always rather refund you directly — email first, dispute later if needed.
