Our commitment

Be Xuan Thanh has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced or compulsory labour, servitude, slavery, and child labour anywhere in our business or supply chain. Every employee, contractor, vendor, and supplier engaged with Chosen Voice AI is expected to meet that standard and to report any suspected violation immediately.

Our operations

We are a software-first business based in Việt Trì, Phú Thọ, Vietnam, with remote contributors. Employees and contractors require professional qualifications and a high skill level. Based on role profiles, geography, and the nature of our work, we assess the risk of modern slavery in our direct operations as low.

Supply chain due diligence

Our supply chain is mainly software-as-a-service vendors (hosting, email, payments, AI model providers) and professional services (legal, accounting). Before engaging a vendor we conduct a legal and security review. Higher-risk vendors go through enhanced due diligence. Vendors must comply with applicable labour law and may be terminated on confirmed involvement in modern slavery.

Internal practices

  • All employees receive at least the legal minimum wage and any required benefits.
  • All employment documents comply with local legal requirements.
  • All workers have the legal right to work in their jurisdiction.
  • We never charge recruitment fees to candidates; employment is voluntary and informed.
  • Procurement, HR, and management staff receive role-specific training on modern slavery indicators.

Reporting & investigation

Anyone — employee, contractor, supplier, or member of the public — may report suspected modern slavery linked to our business. Send reports in confidence to contact@chosenvoiceai.com. We prohibit retaliation against good-faith reporters and investigate every report thoroughly. No modern slavery incidents have been identified to date.

Ongoing review

This statement is reviewed at least annually and approved by the leadership of Be Xuan Thanh. We continue to expand training, refine due diligence, and develop additional metrics as the business grows.
