- Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to limited legal exceptions.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest, including marketing.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, for any processing based on consent.
- Non-discrimination — exercising any right above will not change your price or service quality.
How to exercise your rights
Email support@chosenvoiceai.com from the address linked to your account. We respond within 30 days (or as required by applicable law). We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Contract performance (running your account), consent (marketing, biometric data for cloning), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), and legal obligation (tax, law enforcement requests).
Complaints
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Automated decision-making
We don't use solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. Voice and image generation are tools you operate, not decisions we make about you.
