How do I top up credits?
Open Billing from your dashboard sidebar and pick a credit pack. Credits hit your account immediately.
Can I share a project with my team?
Open the project page and toggle 'Share with team'. Members can view and edit shared projects.
Why is voice preview not playing for some voices?
Some user-cloned voices haven't been processed by the provider yet. Built-in voices always play.
My image generation says 'Billing hard limit reached' — what now?
That's coming from the image provider (OpenAI or Fal.ai), not Chosen Voice AI. Your admin needs to top up the provider account.
