Most tools lock you into one provider, mark up the API costs, and tell you it's for your own good. Chosen Voice AI does the opposite — we expose the providers, let your admin choose, and let you bring your own API keys when your usage justifies it. The studio stays the same, the cost structure becomes yours.

Provider switch without redeploy.
Open the admin panel, paste a new API key, pick the active provider, save. The next generation routes to the new provider — no environment variable swap, no rolling deploy, no downtime. Useful when you want to A/B test FLUX vs DALL·E, switch between voice providers, or move off a provider whose pricing changed.
Bring your own keys (BYOK).
If your monthly usage is high enough that direct provider pricing beats our credit markup, you can bring your own keys for ElevenLabs, OpenAI, or Fal.ai. Your generations then bill against your provider contract directly. We still meter credits for fairness inside your team, but the dollar flow is yours to optimize.

Voice: Google Cloud TTS, Azure Neural, and additional indie providers are queued for evaluation. Image: Stability AI, Ideogram, Recraft. Email: SendGrid as alternative. If there's a specific integration you need, tell us — we ship integrations our customers actually use.
Quick answers
Does switching providers affect my projects?
No. Past generations stay attached to your projects with their original audio/image. Only future generations route to the new provider.
What if a provider goes down?
Our image service has automatic fallback (FLUX → DALL·E → DALL·E 2). For voice, we surface clear errors so you can switch providers manually until the primary recovers.
