Creative teams have outgrown spreadsheet-shared logins. They need real seats, real per-member credit budgets, and a way to mark which projects are open to the team versus private to one person. Team Workspace is that โ built in, no add-on, no extra contract.
What you get
- Invite members by email โ they get their own password
- Per-seat credit cap so nobody burns the team budget
- Shared projects: toggle one switch, the whole team can view & edit
- Member login uses temporary password (visible to admin for backup)
- Reset member password from the team panel anytime
- 1 seat on Free/Starter/Creator, scales up to 25 on Enterprise
Real seats, not shared accounts.
When you invite a member, Chosen Voice AI creates a separate user account linked to your team. They log in with their own email and a generated temporary password. The admin sees the password once (with a copy button) and can resend it any time via the Reset Password action โ useful when the welcome email gets caught in a spam filter.
Credits pooled, budgets capped.
Your team's monthly credit allowance lives at the team level. Each seat gets a configurable cap on how many of those credits they can spend โ set it to 5,000 for a junior contributor, 50,000 for a producer, or unlimited for trusted leads. When a member hits their cap they're blocked from new generations until you raise it or the month rolls over.
Project sharing is a switch.
By default, projects are private to whoever created them. Toggle 'Shared with team' on any project and the whole team sees it in the sidebar with a 'shared' badge. Members can view, generate into, and edit shared projects. Only the project owner can delete or unshare. Simple model, easy to audit.
Quick answers
Can members invite their own members?
No โ only the main account holder (the credit owner) can invite. This keeps team size and billing predictable.
What happens to a member's projects when they leave?
When you remove a member, their private projects stay in the team workspace and become inaccessible to the leaving member. You retain full access to anything they generated.
How are credits debited when a member generates?
From the team pool first, with the member's individual cap enforced second. Both must allow the generation for it to proceed.
